About us
A family home that opened its garden to travelers
We're a family-run hostel on Calle Bolívar. We tend the garden, cook breakfast and know who to call for every tour. We want you to leave Ica wanting to come back.
Hostel policies
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out until 12 pm. Arriving early? We store your luggage for free. Late check-out subject to availability.
Cancellation
Free up to 48 hours before arrival. After that the deposit (30% of the stay) is kept. No-shows are charged one night.
Children
Welcome. Children under 5 stay free sharing their parents' bed. Crib available on request.
Pets
Small pets accepted with prior arrangement (extra cleaning fee). They cannot be left alone in the room.
Documents
We ask for ID or passport from all guests on arrival. Foreign tourists with passport and entry stamp are exempt from IGV (18% VAT) on lodging.

Yes, in every rate. Served 7–10 am in the patio or dining room.
How far is Huacachina?
About 5 km, 12 minutes by taxi. We can call one or book the buggy tour for you.
Is there parking?
Yes, guest parking. Add it as an extra to secure your spot.
Can I arrive before 2 pm?
Sure. If the room is ready it's yours; otherwise we keep your bags and you can relax in the garden.
How do I pay the deposit?
Online by card, Yape or Plin, or by bank transfer. The balance is paid on arrival.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, electronic receipt or invoice. Add your tax ID when booking.
Is there air conditioning?
Rooms have fans and the garden keeps the place cool. Ask us if you need more.
Do you take groups or companies?
Yes, with corporate rates and invoicing. Message us on WhatsApp with dates and group size.
